Bonne Action de grace, mes chers amis! Especially to those in Canada, cuz obviously this is our Thanksgiving.
It's a long weekend and so far we celebrated my brother-in-law's birthday on Saturday. He spent all day cleaning up the house and preparing food and all for his party and he's definitely happy. It's one of those rare occasions his birthday doesn't land on Thanksgiving which he is definitely grateful for as well. Doesn't it suck to share a birthday as some holiday?
But we're still having a turkey dinner at home on Monday and tonight we're going to a friend's dinner too! It's a weekend long buffet! I'm not even going to bet that I'll gain 5 pounds.
Man, I thought I finally warded off from buffets since spring break...
So I want to share how grateful I am for all this food and having a good Thanksgiving weekend during my final year in high school. Surprisingly I've been less snarky and sarcastic too. Hope I didn't jinx it.
On the downside I've been developing this stubborn cold that's been stuck in my throat for two weeks I'm sure I caught from a friend I haven't talked to for a long time. It's finally put a toll on me this morning and boy, did I sound terrible.there's no mood that represents my sickness
Well, once again, Happy Thanksgiving!
